1. What this site is

AgentMarketIndex is an information service. It lists third-party services with metadata, provenance and check dates. It is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider, and it does not sell, resell, broker or deliver those services.

2. Listings are not endorsements

A listing means a source record exists and we reproduced it with a link. It does not mean the service is good, safe, lawful in your jurisdiction, or suitable for your purpose. Statuses describe evidence, not quality. Where a value is marked “provider claim”, it is repeated, not confirmed.

3. No payments, no custody

This site does not hold funds, operate a wallet, store private keys, process card payments or authorise spending on your behalf. Any payment you make goes directly to a provider under their terms. Prices shown are informational and may be out of date; the provider's own endpoint or checkout is authoritative.

4. API use

The discovery API is read-only and rate limited (60/minute, 5,000/day per IP). Catalogue metadata is offered under CC BY 4.0 with attribution and a link to AgentMarketIndex. Provider descriptions, names and marks remain theirs; a listing grants no licence to their content. Automated use that ignores the limits, or that republishes provider claims as verified facts attributed to us, is not permitted.

5. Submissions

By submitting a listing, claim or correction you confirm you are entitled to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions are moderated; we may reject, edit for clarity, or remove them. Approved submissions are published as provider claims, never as our verification.

6. Sponsored placements

Paid placements are labelled “Sponsored placement” on every surface where they appear and are never counted as evidence, never alter a verification status and never change a measured figure.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a listing, for a provider's behaviour, or for downtime. If a listing is wrong, the remedy is a correction — and we will publish it.

AgentMarketIndex is operated by the premarcu.com project. Contact: ops@premarcu.com. Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. Server logs are retained for 14 days for error diagnosis and abuse limits.
